I, Dr Sydney N Bennett literally am in my city of birth only to shut down a cluster of non-Standardized For-Profit Threat Neurological Technology Labs then some operating Health facilities with 5 Eyes - SIU in Ontario then corrupt areas of or connected to the Ontario, Government

Cases disregarded pre-1980 leading up to 1999 & 2025 with on-going

I am an Alberta resident (2012-2025) here operating on a tri-focused effort with an anti-fraud rotation with 5 Eyes & K.T agents as it is public with specifics named publicly & others not to take down these labs

While the one NB-OT Labs compromised myself like others affected I continued on despite partial retirement between 2023-2025 & after stepping down from a director position with the 5 Eyes & K.T in 2025 after others between 2001-2022/2023 

My remaining involvement  is solely to shut down the clusters of expanding NB-OT Labs

These people & groups involved & connecting within Ontario, Canada pre-1999 & post disregard fact & agree with their manufactured fact used to justify all past 24 hour efforts & on-going planned writing off Dr Sydney N Bennett (myself) and others banding together with different areas of the Public - Private & Personal Sector as low life what to be frauds that are unsuccessful in a superiority effort holding themselves up higher than myself or other target affected persons in their favor with others desire their involvement operating at or with the NB-OT Labs 

To these people & groups which expect to pull strings in the Government & Private Sector I, Dr Sydney N Bennett should be striped of earned credentials & seized of earned financial then disrespected & written off as a what to be fraud then held down socially & economically homeless or just above as an unsuccessful person that could not make it in life aligning with their corrupt medical professionals Dr Jeff Phillips & Dr m McDougal & the joke hospital of Riverside Ottawa that support their efforts pre-1999 & post

To these people & groups I am back in North Bay because "insert here" assumption based defamatory false claims used to negatively affect my image, character, credibility & reputation in my professional & private life then to destroy my opportunities including revoked efforts against activities or events & interests then dating in their 24 hour attacks on my brain - body like others they are attacking 

To these people & groups the entire H.I.3 Case Sting operation with Nicole Sydney Bennett & 5 Eyes - K.T & SIU teams connecting within & outside of Canada is not real & the lab clusters known as the NB-OT are not real & Dr Sydney N Bennett, myself like others are just delusional & suffering from a mental health concern or problem requiring mental health care while I shul old focus on something else 

Facts:

I literally flew in from Calgary & after working on rotations in Toronto between working virtually for CIG & I taken a Bus to North Bay (Ontario NorthLand) to negotiate & was attacked at two hotels & two co-working spaces then at three residences between visiting three others & a mall then postal outlet

I have receipts for my travel & everything is recorded & documented with financials then my separate personal & CIG accounts not connected to H.I.3 Casino budget connected to Government & one banking account 

Statement:

This is what these North Bay & area connected to Ottawa & Southern Ontario pieces of sh*t people did to myself & others 

Not only did they include highly disrespectful past-present Ontario residents they had also written off fact as not & went with assumptions against fact in favor of their effort too justify the operations at & with the NB-OT Lab clusters 

Some how between 1999-2012 these people operating at & with the NB-OT Labs decided I am to be a low life loser want to be fraud copy cat of others regardless of what I had done & do or think, imagine or remember & I am to be a poor person held down in poverty or incapable of making it & someone that is lazy or a scam artist that Downes not want to work yet recorded & documented evidence with P.K-K.T Labs against NB-OT Labs alongside factual experiences between 2001-2025 shows a daily, weekly & quarterly situation that disregards this effort based on fact rather than false claims against in effort to justify the NB-OT Labs efforts 

I literally have my 3 suit cases & I have been renting a room in shared space. I moved from Worthington to Birchaven connected to two residences on Airport Hill & specifics during the investigation & effort to suit down the NB-OT Labs

These are the same labs that tried making Donald J Trump & others look like theives after leaking information from are UN & connected international Framework pre-January 2016 amongst all other recorded & documented efforts taken back before 1999 & daily leading up to 2011-2012 & daily between 2012-2025 

The Situation Now:

March 24, 2025

I, Dr Sydney N Bennett separate from other affected persons still have my residence I own in Alberta Canada, Calgary. I have owned 4 now since 2012 & the group I am in owns other properties in Alberta & Saskatchewan yet all other Canadian property investments had since been sold pre-2023-2024 

I still have my CIG & personal investments separate from the H.I.3 Case investigation accounts which faired well in the restructuring efforts before 2018 & prior to 2025 for the 2025-2030 agenda 

Now despite the fact I had taken a bus up from Toronto after after flight from Calgary separate from a flight into the USA & return with incidents the NB-OT labs caused on record with Canadians & non-Canadians in 2022 prior to arriving in North Bay in 2023 November I am able to just shut down my room & drive out or fly out of the Province of Ontario & sti use specific transit options over others like Ontario Northland to return to the Airport used by the NB-OT Labs known as the Pearson. Pearson Airport (caught).

Literally. I, Dr Sydney N Bennett am able to drive or fly down to Arizona or to Utah & or any US State or fly to a Carribean Island & or Thailand & even Switzerland.  I have the budget between CIG - Personal Accounts & remaining H.I.3 Accounts which CIG is covering through 5 Eyes & K.T with SIU for the on-going investigation 

I already have non-corrupt Government & legal contacts & can temporarily join different interests assisting in a situation (5 eyes trained). Fire - EMS - Police - Intelligence - Military - Naval + 

Injuries + Pain & Lost time:

Some victims are deceased or severely injured. I require surgical intervention & physiotherapy myself yet I know how to deal with a neuro-strike attack. I can heal. Not the end of the world 

I doubled for Perisnger-Koslov as an Agent in Canada (Sudbury - Montreal) between 2001-2022/2023 with 5 eyes between attack busy schedule focusing on developing the H.I.3 cases with public descriptions in rough draft form & professional structured edits. Injuries or death is a risk involved yet others lives can be saved in the process
