I, Dr Sydney N Bennett given circumstance outside of my own control & within just reacted even under attack 

I took care of the halocaust. All labs are or will be traced & Standardizedm we will restructure & adjust investments to compensate those affected while I utilize the Axis that isn't not World Leaders & Banking Cartel to achieve stopping these labs from destroying the brains - bodies of North Americans & Europeans then international connected interests 

This will maintain a global population of 8.1-10 Billion rather than contraction to 2 or less Billion yet with a fair financial spread & Tiers

These threat labs stated most of the global population is not deserving of being on the planet & the better people should execute the remainder in all efforts possible while taking control
